CD79A and dermatitis herpetiformis: BP was one of the initial diagnostic hypotheses in 85.2% of cases, and the main differential diagnoses ‒ acquired epidermolysis bullosa (29.1%); linear IgA bullous dermatosis (14.8%); dermatitis herpetiformis (10.6%) ‒ were ruled out according to the immunofluorescence studies.
