CD38 and Miyoshi myopathy: Therefore, a much greater proportion of patients who are currently diagnosed with symptomatic MM and receive quadruplets (an anti‐CD38 monoclonal antibody—daratumumab or isatuximab, a proteasome inhibitor—bortezomib or carfilzomib, an immunomodulatory drug—lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) are anticipated to reach at least 15 years of PFS in the near future [57].
