Via immunohistochemistry we observed reduced SMARCA5 expression in cerebellar tumors of Math1-cre::Smarca5Fl/Fl::SmoM2Fl/+ mice (Fig. 2e, Supplementary Fig. S6a), which displayed a significant decrease in proliferating tumor cells in the cerebellum at P5 as compared to control tumor mice (Fig. 2f).
