CAT and Huntington disease: Pre-treatment with sesamol (10 mg/kg, i.p.)markedly enhanced body weight, locomotor activity, and diminished oxidative damage by decreasing lipid peroxidation (LPO) while elevating catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in rat brains, thereby presenting a potentially viable strategy for the management of HD (Lum et al. 2021).
