AKT1 and viral infectious disease: Functional enrichment analysis using KEGG pathways revealed that Clusters 3 and 4, which were responsive to viral infection, were significantly enriched in membrane-associated and immune-relevant pathways, including PI3K-Akt signaling, phagosome formation, proteostasis, and secondary metabolite biosynthesis, pathways known to be involved in virus-host interactions and viral replication dynamics (Figures 3D,E).
