CD79A and gestational diabetes: The level of IgA to beta-lactoglobulin in children whose mothers had a previous history of GDM was significantly higher at TP1 (median 0.3 (0.14-0.58) compared to those whose mothers had no GDM (median 0.12 (0.04-0.30; p=0.004) (Figure 5) Neither the level of IgG to beta-lactoglobulin nor the level of I-FABP at TP1 differed significantly between children whose mothers had a previous history of GDM and those whose mothers were healthy (p=0.21 and p=0.82, respectively).
