CD8A and depressive disorder: In comparison to the CG, the RG exhibited a higher total effective rate (p < 0.05), lower cancer antigen 125 (CA125) and carbohydrate-associated antigen 199 (CA199) levels (p < 0.05), higher CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels (p < 0.05), a higher Karnofsky performance status (KPS) score, a lower occurrence of adverse reactions (p < 0.05), lower Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores (p < 0.05), and a better long-term survival rate of patients after 2 years of follow-up (p < 0.05).
