A 64-year-old woman with stage IV ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), previously treated with six cycles of BV-CHP (brentuximab vedotin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisolone) and in complete remission for six months, presented with progressively worsening motor deficits and increasing gait disturbances. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
