– In nigrostriatal tract, EPS (acute dystonia, pseudoparkinsonism, akathisia, and tardive dyskinesia) and neuroleptic malignant syndrome– In tuberoinfundibular tract, prolactin elevation leading to galactorrhea, sexual dysfunction, infertility (especially in woman), demineralization of bones, and weight gain– In mesocortical/mesostriatal tract, may exacerbate negative symptoms, affective symptoms, and cognitive symptoms. This evidence concerns the gene PRL and neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
