HLA-A and breast cancer: In particular, we identified the CMV-derived peptide LLDGVTVSL from the essential UL49 protein, a key regulator of CMV gene transcription47, which was recurrently detected in seven cancers (ovarian cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, neuroblastoma, glioblastoma, cervical cancer) and presented by the common HLA-A*02:01 allele (Figure 6B).
