Based on the significant role of fascin-1 (FSCN1) in the pathogenesis of HNSCC[1] and our previous findings[5], we aimed to study FSCN1 levels in blood serum, peripheral blood leukocytes, and CTCs, as well as FSCN1 expression in tumor cells and in cells of the microenvironment at local sites in HNSCC patients. This evidence concerns the gene FSCN1 and neoplasm.
