F2 and Disseminated intravascular coagulation: Blood tests showed slight improvement in renal function (BUN: 47 mg/dL; creatinine: 1.74 mg/dL); however, inflammation remained high (white blood cell count: 23700/μL; CRP: 24.03 mg/dL), and the patient was anemic (hemoglobin: 7.4 g/dL) and developed disseminated intravascular coagulation (platelet count: 132000; prothrombin time/normal prothrombin ratio [PT/PTNL]: 1.29; fibrin/fibrinogen degradation products [FDP]: 396.7 μg/mL).
