Fifty‐two patients with a median age of 16.8 years (81% CD, 8% UC, and 11% IBD‐unclassified [IBD‐U]), most of whom failed therapy with more than one anti‐tumor necrosis factor (anti‐TNF) (81%) or anti‐TNF and vedolizumab (VDZ, 37%), were analyzed for at least 12 months. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is inflammatory bowel disease.
