Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was then performed, revealing significant enrichment of several key pathways in SERPINB6‐high glioma patients, including PI3K/AKT/mTOR signalling, epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT), IL‐6‐JAK‐STAT3 signalling, NOTCH signalling, TNFα signalling via NF‐κB, P53 pathway, angiogenesis and inflammatory response (Figure 7B–I), all of which are known to be involved in cancer progression. The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is cancer.
