In subcutaneous xenograft tumors formed by H1299 cells in nude mice, the intra-tumoral administration of Bobcat339, HPPE, or PLK1-IN-10 significantly suppressed H1299 cell growth in vivo (Fig. 6C-E), with a marked reduction in KI67 staining intensity and an increase in C-Cas3 staining intensity in tumor tissues (Fig. 6F-G).
