Specifically, IgG3 and IgA1 associated mostly with Early Acute <1 month (63% and 72%, respectively) and Early Acute >1 month (92% and 85%, respectively), IgG1 associated with all clinically defined stages of Lyme disease (91%–100%) as well as 76% of PTLDS and that IgG4 associated mostly with Lyme arthritis (56%) (Fig. 3). Here, IGHA1 is linked to Lyme disease.
