To analyze the role of the interacting proteins during viral infection, we examined previously published proteomic databases and found that EEF2, ANXA1, ANXA5, SLADRA, CLTA, and FTH1 were significantly enriched and FTH1 was notably upregulated in ASFV-infected PAMs (Figure 6A). This evidence concerns the gene ANXA5 and viral infectious disease.
