When the outcome was high grade PCa (ISUP > 2), PA was selected by 10/10 models, together with CVD, PSA and age, reaching an AUC of 0.86 (range: 0.76–0.91), compared to 0.81 (range: 0.73–0.89) of PSA alone (Student paired t-test p-value = 0.00026). The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
