After multiple testing corrections and co-localization analysis, higher levels of gene-predicted expression, including NCF1 (OR: 1.08, 95% CI: 1.04-1.12; PPH4 = 0.89), RHOD (OR: 1.34, 95% CI: 1.15-1.57; PPH4 = 0.76) were positively associated with BC risk. This evidence concerns the gene RHOD and breast cancer.
