Severalcompounds, such as atractylenolide-I (ATR-I), baicalein, and urolithin A, showed promising neuroprotective activitiesagainst PD model through oxidative stress modulation, improvementof mitochondrial function, and upregulation of SIRT1 activity andits related pathways such as PGC-1α, Nrf2, AMPK, and mTOR.
