It increases the activities of CNOT3 in HCT-116 Colorectal cancer cell line (0.20), CBFB in ME-1 Leukaemia cell (0.13), H3K36me3-marked transcription in Left Ventricle (0.12) and Adipose Nuclei (0.12), and H3K-27me3-marked repression in Astrocyte (0.12). Here, CBFB is linked to colorectal cancer.
