The median levels of luteinizing hormone (LH: 5.27), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH: 4.72), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH: 2.70), and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH: 2.50) were consistent with findings from Pradhan et al., indicating that hormonal imbalances are a significant contributor to infertility in this population.9 Elevated prolactin levels (median: 13.74) were also observed, which can disrupt ovulation and further complicate fertility. This evidence concerns the gene PRL and Infertility.
