Further, the interactions between these key genes with drugs were explored based on the DGIDB database v4.2.0 (https://www.DGIdb.org/), and 3 genes, including YWHAE, CALM1, and MYC, were confirmed that can interact with the specific drugs in the DGlDB database, and these corresponding drugs may be the potential target drugs for addressing AD (Figure 10). The gene discussed is CALM1; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
