To examine the functions of BTF3 in the development of melanoma and RRAGD-modulated autophagy, knockdown of BTF3 was achieved by RNA interference (Figs. 7A, S7A), which led to significant decreases of proliferative capacity (Figs. 7B, S7B), colony formation (Figs. 7C, S7C), and migration capacity (Figs. 7D, S7D) in both SK-MEL-28 and A375 melanoma cells. This evidence concerns the gene RRAGD and melanoma.
