ZWINT expression was also shown to be significantly upregulated in lung adenocarcinoma tissues; the relationship of ZWINT expression level with the prognosis was coincident with that of Peng et al. (2019) and Ma et al. (2023), who described the role of ZWINT in contributing to tumor growth by controlling cell proliferation, migration, and invasion [26,27].
