According to the mRNA-lncRNA–pathway co-expression network, compared with the group without AH, the genetic differences in the alcoholic hepatitis group were mainly concentrated in metabolic pathways, fatty acid metabolism, transcriptional disorders in cancer, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, the Wnt signaling pathway, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, and other signaling pathways, indicating that alcoholic hepatitis is a multifactorial disease. Here, AKT1 is linked to alcoholic hepatitis.
