As illustrated in Figure 2A–G, BAP31 demonstrated potential as a biomarker for several cancers, including cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL) with an Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 1.000, colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) with an AUC of 0.961, esophageal carcinoma (ESCA) with an AUC of 0.926, kidney chromophobe (KICH) with an AUC of 0.901, liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) with an AUC of 0.964, rectal adenocarcinoma (READ) with an AUC of 0.984, and gastric cancer (STAD) with an AUC of 0.921. The gene discussed is BCAP31; the disease is chromophobe renal cell carcinoma.
