This study evaluated anticancer potential of isalpinin in NSCLC by targeting five hallmarks of malignancy: cell survival (cytotoxicity, MTT), proliferation (low-density MTT), metastasis (wound healing), tumorigenicity (soft agar), and apoptosis (Hoechst 33342 staining/Bcl-2 expression). Here, BCL2 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
