In multivariable logistic regression (Table 3), each one-point increase in ATRIA score as a continuous variable in model 1 was independently associated with a 1.82-fold increase in the odds of being in group II (severe-to-very-severe stroke; OR 1.823, 95% CI 1.568–2.119, p < 0.001), after adjustment for CRP (OR 1.009 per mg/L, 95% CI 1.001–1.017, p = 0.021), stroke etiology (carotid vs. undetermined: OR 2.190, 95% CI 1.078–4.447, p = 0.030), and EF (OR 0.964 per %, 95% CI 0.932–0.997, p = 0.031).
