Overall analysis of NSCLC was characterized by a number of prognostically relevant genes that were highly represented in the models and associated with poor prognosis, including mutations and amplifications in KRAS, mutations or deletions in RB1, TRAF7, KEAP1, ARID2, CBL, MLL3, TP53, ERBB4, and SMARCA4, and amplifications of IL7R, EGFR, BCL6, MAR3K13, TP63, SDHA, and CDK6 (Figure 4B). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
