Currently, much attention is paid to the interactions between the leukemic and psoriatic cells showing immunosuppressive activity within the microenvironment, and, thereby, we aimed to characterize a collective mRNA expression pattern of crucial immuno-regulatory genes: BTLA, CD160, SPN, TIM-3, VISTA and TIGIT and perform a comparison in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and psoriasis (Ps). This evidence concerns the gene HAVCR2 and psoriasis.
