These two new, WT1-positive, cytokeratin-positive, transplantable tumor models (MOSE-Trp53−/− and MKPOSE2-C2-Trp53−/−) mirror several important characteristics seen in human HGSOC, including peritoneal spread, ascites accumulation and intratumor immune infiltration, offering new opportunities for research into this ovarian cancer subtype.
