The serum PSAP (319.6 ± 78.38 vs. 207.2 ± 42.43, P<0.0001) and EPDR1 (7.988 ± 3.484 vs. 6.399 ± 3.788, P=0.0823) concentrations were higher in T2DM subjects than normal controls. Here, PSAP is linked to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
