TP53 and pulmonary fibrosis: The activated CPs included ‘pulmonary fibrosis idiopathic signalling pathway,’ ‘ECM organization’ and ‘HDR through homologous recombination or single strand annealing.’ The inhibited CPs included ‘cell cycle checkpoint’ (CCC), ‘mitotic prometaphase,’ ‘RHO GTPases activate formins,’ and ‘mitotic metaphase and anaphase.’ The CCC, for example, showed downregulation of numerous genes such as cyclin dependent kinases, cyclin dependent kinase inhibitors and tumor suppressor genes (CDK1, CKD2, CDKN1A and TP53).
