IGHE and allergic rhinitis: Lastly, 120 subjects from the remaining 227 were selected for the study after additional screening on the basis of: past symptoms being classified as mild or moderate according to the severity of allergic rhinitis symptoms; high total score for the 6 items of “nasal and eye symptoms” in the Japanese Rhino-conjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (JRQLQ No.1) for the past 2 years; class 2–6 (positive) Japanese cedar pollen specific IgE; and drug usage (Figure 1).
