None of the analyzed molecules had significantly different levels between GC patients and HCs, except for PAX5‐AS (P = 0.0313), SLC7A9‐AS (P = 0.0007), and PTPRCAP (P = 0.0026), whose levels were significantly lower in GC patients, which is exactly the opposite result to that observed in CRC patients. The gene discussed is PTPRCAP; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
