Among the five proteins, CPXM1 (PPH4 = 0.940), FLT4 (PPH4 = 0.701), and INSR (PPH4 = 0.706) were found to colocalise with glaucoma, while CPZ (PPH4 < 0.001) and PXDN (PPH4 = 0.447) did not show evidence of colocalisation with glaucoma (Fig. 5). The gene discussed is CPXM1; the disease is glaucoma.
