In the validation using glaucoma endophenotype data, CPXM1 (β = − 0.20, 95% CI: − 0.37 to − 0.04, P = 0.015) and CPZ (β = − 1.90, 95% CI: − 2.84 to − 0.97, P < 0.001) were associated with decreased IOP, whereas PXDN was associated with decreased RNFL thickness (β = − 0.53, 95% CI: − 1.05 to − 0.02, P = 0.043) (Table 1).
