C9orf72 and supranuclear palsy, progressive, 1: Of note, all PSP-RS patients had eye movement dysfunction defined by the Movement Disorder Society’s criteria for PSP (i.e., vertical supranuclear gaze palsy and slow velocity of vertical saccades), but only 2 of 5 FTLD-TDP-PSP patients had this sign, one of whom had a C9ORF72 repeat expansion.
