MPO and ganglioneuroma: DNase I–treated mice exhibited less glomerular injury as seen by lower proportions of abnormal glomeruli (Figure 3, B and C), with less incidence of glomerular crescents, segmental necrosis, glomerular expansion, and cell infiltration (Supplemental Figure 2, A–D); less fibrin deposition (Figure 3, B and D); and fewer glomerular leukocytes when compared with saline control mice that developed anti-MPO GN (Figure 3, F–H).
