The results showed a significant increase in the proportion of mature DCs (CD11c+CD80+CD86+) in the Mn-ZrMOF@DAC+MW group (Fig. 6C and F), which may be associated with the maturation of DCs triggered by the release of tumor antigens and inflammatory factors during pyroptosis, activating DCs and enhancing antigen presentation.
