The results revealed a significant upregulation (P < .05) in the expression levels of NOP2, NSUN2, NSUN5, NSUN5, DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, ALYREF, MBD1, MBD2, MBD3, UHRF1, UHRF2, and TET3 in the tumor tissues. This evidence concerns the gene TET3 and neoplasm.
