Following adjustment for relevant confounding factors (age, sex, triglycerides, diabetes, and hypertension), multivariate logistic regression analyses indicated that higher plasma levels of TWEAK and TNF-α were significantly associated with the incidence of sarcopenic obesity (OR = 1.024, 95% CI = 1.006–1.042; OR = 2.537, 95% CI = 1.697–3.793; Table 6).
