CDKN2B and cancer: Because the knockdown of CDKN2B-AS1 in three cell lines of TNBC, including BT549, MDA-MB-468, and Hs578T (Supplementary Fig. 1h, i), failing to show a significant and consistent impact on cell proliferation (Supplementary Fig. 1j), we speculate that the ability of 66CTG to promote the proliferation of cancer cells is independent of CDKN2B-AS1.
