It has been shown that m6A methyltransferase KIAA1429-mediated m6A modification in CRC cells up-regulates lncRNA EBLN3P, and the up-regulated lncRNA EBLN3P in turn enhances the expression of KIAA1429 through competitive binds to miR-153-3p, which ultimately inhibits ferroptosis in CRC cells and enhanced its radiotherapy resistance [172].
