CTLA4 and neoplasm: The anti‐CTLA‐4 antibody has demonstrated significant therapeutic benefits in cancer treatment by enhancing immune responses against tumors.[6] However, its use is associated with a range of immune‐related adverse events due to off‐tumor activity, which require careful monitoring and management to mitigate potential risks.[7] Reducing off‐tumor activity could significantly help reduce toxicity and allow for higher dosing to achieve more effective treatment.
