Notably, GSTK1 and UGT2B subfamily members co-regulate Chemical carcinogenesis-DNA adducts, Drug metabolism-Cytochrome P450, and extracellular exosome signaling, while IDH1/SDHB/SDHD link TCA cycle defects to redox imbalance in diabetic cardiomyopathy and tumorigenesis.
