Subsequently, by correlation analysis of hub genes and immune cells, it was found that in polycystic ovaries, GLRX was positively correlated with neutrophils (R = 1.00) and negatively correlated with CD8+ T cells (R = −0.99), and that CD58 was positively correlated with neutrophils (R = 0.98) and negatively correlated with CD8+ T cells (R = −0.98) (Figure 6C); in RA, IFIT1 was positively correlated with DC cells (R = 0.66) (Figure 6D).
