USF2 and urinary bladder carcinoma: To this end, we tested whether USF2-NuRD complex/Metab-GS axis is associated with metabolic reprogramming in bladder cancer, and found that different oxidative phosphorylation-related gene signatures were enriched in patients having high USF2-NuRD complex scores and low Metab-GS scores (Figure 6, Brown) suggesting that Metab-GS is associated with Warburg effect in bladder cancer.
