A stacked bar chart (Figure 7B) showed notable differences in the distribution of these cell types between SLE patients and HCs, with naive CD4+ T cells, naive CD8+ T cells, effector memory CD4+ T cells, effector memory CD8+ T cells, monocytes, B cells, NK cells, and macrophages accounting for the majority of total cells.
