KEGG enrichment analysis showed that target genes were significantly enriched in 160 pathways, including pathways in cancer, herpes simplex virus 1 infection, pathways of neurodegeneration-multiple diseases, phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate-dependent protein kinase B (PI3K-Akt) signaling pathway, alzheimer disease, human papillomavirus infection, and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway etc (P < 0.05) (Figure 4). The gene discussed is PIK3CA; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
